Empty bottle
I ordered this - it took almost 10 days to be delivered due to a mixup on their part. When I received it the freaking bottle, it was empty. Just an empty bottle….I got no help from CS after speaking to both crystal and Aide. I may get a refund according to them but their “recovery” team is trying to reimburse me for the wrong thing. What a mess. Will never shop at Nordstrom again. They get one star and they. Don’t even deserve that. The star is for the store not the product. I can’t review the product because I don’t have it.

Perfume
I received a generous sample with an order and while it feels luxurious and hydrating, I couldn’t get past the strong perfume smell. It’s almost like wearing actual perfume and I had to wash it off so I couldn’t attest to its effectiveness. Bummer. It did seem nourishing for a short time tho.

The Best Thing You Can Do for Your Face
Been using this for years. The very best product to keep your skin youthful and bright. Apply after cleansing face (patting dry) and don't forget your neck and decolletage.
My skin is sensitive but this doesn't cause breakouts. Expensive, but goes a long way

Great indeed
I got this Complimentary from esteelauder, but let’sbe fair I would have paid the actual price cause this moisturizer is fantastic, I know it’s said that is better to take care of your skin from within but this cream is a great moisturizer and I use it as a mask as well
