This Photos with Santa Offer ("Offer") is limited to new and existing Nordstrom cardmembers in select Nordstrom locations during store hours on 11/28/2025 through 12/24/2025. Store hours may vary and are subject to change. Access is dependent on appointment availability at eligible locations. Day-of time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. In order for eligible Nordstrom cardmembers to receive up to two (2) complimentary photos, they must self-identify by providing their member (mobile) number in-store with a store associate. The cardmember must be present at the time of redemption and the offer cannot be sold or given away to other individuals. PLEASE NOTE: Participation constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void where prohibited.

1. Eligibility. The Nordstrom The Gift List Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of, and physically located within, one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. If a potential winner is at least eighteen (18) years old but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein. Employees of Nordstrom, Inc. (the "Sponsor") and its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and their respective immediate family members (herein defined as spouses and children and each of their spouses) and persons living in their same household thereof (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes is open October 27, 2025, to December 21, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period") and consists of nine (9) separate entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"), as set forth in the chart below. Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes and reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any factor beyond Sponsor's control.

3. How To Enter. During an Entry Period: 1) Fill out Sponsor's official THE GIFT LIST SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY CARD ("Entry Card") with the requested information, including valid contact information and eligible items you would like to gift to someone; 2) submit the completed Entry Card in the designated entry bin in the dedicated space called The Corner in the Nordstrom NYC Flagship store located at 225 W. 57th St., New York, NY 10019 ("The Corner"). Eligible items must be available in The Corner during the Sweepstakes Period and cost one-hundred dollars ($100.00) or less. Items on an entrant's Entry Card that are not available in The Corner will not be eligible and will not be included in the prize(s) awarded. Limit one (1) entry per person/address/email address per Entry Period. Entries submitted during one Entry Period will not carry forward to a subsequent Entry Period. Sponsor is not responsible for, and may disqualify, entries that are not on an official Entry Card, are missing required contact information, or are ineligible, misdirected, illegible, inaccurate, altered, damaged, late, undelivered, lost, or stolen. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entries become the property of Nordstrom and will not be returned. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding entry.

Entrants will be given the option to receive promotional emails from Nordstrom; eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such emails. Opting-in to receive emails from Nordstrom does not improve an entrant's chances of winning. Entrants may opt-out of Nordstrom marketing emails at any time.

4. Winner Selection and Notification. There will be one (1) potential winner selected for each Entry Period, with a total of eight (8) winners during the entirety of the Sweepstakes. For each Entry Period, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the Winner Selection Dates set forth in the chart above, from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period, for a total of eight (8) drawings in the Sweepstakes.

Potential winners need not be present to win and will be notified by Sponsor via phone or email (the "Notification"), using the contact information provided on the official Entry Card, in order for Sponsor to verify their eligibility and confirm them as a winner. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of an email or placing of a phone call. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. POTENTIAL WINNERS WILL HAVE THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE NOTIFICATION TO RESPOND TO SPONSOR.

Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release at Sponsor's discretion before they are confirmed as winners. In the event a potential winner is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond within the time specified by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or chooses not to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding Notification.

5. Prizes; Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"); Odds. There will be up to forty-eight (48) prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. Eight (8) confirmed winners will each be awarded up to six (6) prizes from the eligible items listed on their respective Entry Card, valued at up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00) each. Eligible items must be available in The Corner during the Sweepstakes Period and cost one-hundred dollars ($100.00) or less.(ARV of each prize ranges from $4.99–$600, depending on the list of items on entrant's Entry Card.) Items on entrant's Entry Card that are not available in The Corner will not be eligible and will not be included in the prize(s). If an entrant's Entry Card contains more than six (6) items, they will receive the six (6) items with the highest retail value, up to one-hundred dollars ($100), at time of winner selection. If an entrant's Entry Card lists fewer than six (6) items, they will only receive the eligible items listed on their Entry Card; no additional prize or compensation will be awarded. If an item on an entrant's Entry Card is no longer available at the time of winner selection, the winner may choose an item available in The Corner with an ARV of up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00). Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $39.92–$4,800.00 USD, depending on entrant's Entry Card choices. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit up to six (6) prizes per person/family/household.

The value of awarded prizes may be taxable income. Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with their social security number or tax identification number, as required by applicable law, for tax reporting purposes before prize(s) will be awarded. If the value of the prizes a winner receives exceeds $600, Sponsor must report the value to the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") and will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the value for the prizes received. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, local, and income taxes associated with winning a prize. See section titled "General" for additional rules regarding acceptance of prizes.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. General.Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

By participating: a) Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused in-whole or in-part by their participation in any Sweepstakes or Nordstrom store-related activity, including but not limited to the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize; b) Entrants agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability, for any losses, injuries, damages of any kind, including but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in-whole or in-part, directly, or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Entrants acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, the administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winners and prizes. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical difficulties or failures, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health crises, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of any of the above events and/or disqualify any suspect entry or entrant, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all the eligible entries received up to the date of such events.

Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor isnot responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for an Entrant's failure to receive a Notification or prize notice due to entrant's spam, junk email, or other security settings; or for Entrant's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. No automatic, robotic, mechanical Entries, or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

By accepting a prize, entrants agree to, where legal, Sponsor's and its designees' use of his/her/their name, hometown city and state of residence, likeness (including photographs, videos, and images) and other personally identifiable information collected in association with the Sweepstakes, for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes, the Nordstrom NYC Flagship store, and/or Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further notification, review, consent, permission, incentive or prize, and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Any and all costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of a winner.

7. Personal Information; Privacy Policy.Entrants' information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with an Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that Sponsor and any such Administrator may use any personal information collected as part of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at: http://shop.nordstrom.com/c/nordstrom-privacy.

8. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution. Entrants agreethat any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

9. Request for Official Rules or Winner Confirmation. To request a copy of these Official Rules or confirmation of the winners, please email [email protected]with the full Sweepstakes name and your request. The rules and winner confirmation will be available for one (1) month from the end date of the Entry Period.
