1) Set Your Store in a Search Results Page
When you're viewing a category or search results page, look for "Free Pickup" in your filter options. Tap "Set location" and enter your zip code. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can choose "Pick Up Today" to shop a single store's selection or "Pick Up Tomorrow" to shop a wider selection in your area and we'll get it to your chosen store the next day.

2) Set Your Store on a Product Details Page
On a product details page, select "Free Pickup," enter your zip code and select your store. Hit the "Add to Bag" button and check out. 

3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside
You'll get an email or app notification when your order is ready for pickup letting you know where to go inside the store or directions for Curbside Pickup (Curbside Pickup is available at Nordstrom stores only, not at Nordstrom Rack stores). When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 7 days, so stop by soon!

Gift Options

Free Standard Shipping is not valid in Nordstrom Rack stores.

International Orders
Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to international addresses, please confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag or name at the bottom of any page. Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified to remove these items during Checkout.

Special Locations
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.

Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $9 shipping fee. To expedite a Gift Card to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1.877.771.4438 to place your order; allow 1 extra business day for shipping. Our eGift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval.
