Check-In

We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and fill out a Spa Nordstrom Confidential Client Profile Card.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next client.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your reservation. For spa packages, group reservations or multiple-service bookings, please notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged for a late cancellation. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a full charge of the treatment price for the missed appointment. This policy allows others to enjoy our services. You'll need a credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Accommodations

Spa Nordstrom is a coed facility. For your comfort, robes and slippers will be provided during your visit. Special attention and careful draping are observed during all body treatments and body massage services for your privacy, comfort and relaxation. Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide accommodations for young children. We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.

Cell Phone Policy

To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

Special Needs & Medical Conditions

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Before receiving your service, please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

We're dedicated to keeping all personal and medical information confidential and secure.

Age Requirements & Children

Spa Nordstrom has specific guidelines for serving minors (clients under age 18). In addition, in order to create a serene and relaxing environment for all clients, we request that children not enter the spa unless the child is receiving a service and meets the service age requirements.

Age Guidelines:

• Waxing and facial treatments, including tinting: must be 13 years or older.
• Nail services: must be 10 years or older; minimum age in California is 13.
• Massage and body treatments: must be 18 years or older.
• Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature on the confidential Spa Nordstrom client profile card.

Pricing

Some service prices vary by spa location, and all prices are subject to change without notice. Please call your preferred Spa Nordstrom to ask about specific pricing.

Gratuity

Prices do not include a gratuity, except for group reservations. In appreciation of your Spa Nordstrom Therapist for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
